Barry Anderson BSc (hons), MCIEEM, MArborA

Barry is an experienced arboriculturist and ecologist. He started Dendra Consulting Ltd in 2008. He holds a level 2 bat survey licence and is a registered consultant for the new Bat Low Impact Class Licence. Barry’s specialist areas include bat surveys, bat mitigation licensing, arboricultural surveys, bat risk assessments of trees and providing training courses for arborists in relation to bat risk assessment. Barry is a licensed user of the Quantified Tree Risk Assessment system.



Michelle Anderson MSc, BSc (hons)

Michelle holds an MSc in Geotechnical Engineering, a first class honours degree in Engineering Geology and an HND in Environmental Management. Prior to joining Dendra Michelle worked as a Geotechnical Engineer for a large multi-disciplinary company. Michelle is responsible for business admin, tendering and maintaining our Constructionline and Acclaim accreditations. Michelle also assists with fieldwork and report writing.



Liam Robson FdSc MArborA

Arboriculturist

Liam is an experienced arboriculturist who has worked for Dendra since 2012 and carries out development site surveys and health and safety surveys. Liam has experience and training in using AutoCAD and prepares tree constraints plans, tree protection plans and many of the habitat survey plans for the ecologists at Dendra. Liam is a licensed user of the Quantified Tree Risk Assessment system.



Shaun Morrison BSc (hons)

Ecologist

Shaun joined Dendra in April 2017. Shaun holds a Natural England class 2 bat survey license and class 1 great crested newt licence. Shaun is an experienced ecologist with many years experience in bat surveys, GCN surveys and habitat surveys. As well as carrying out the surveys Shaun is experienced in completing Preliminary Ecological Appraisals and Ecological Impact Assessments.



Brian Anderson Tech.IOSH

Associate, Health & Safety Advisor


Brian Anderson is an associate who acts as the company’s health & safety advisor. Brian has been involved in managing health and safety matters in the workplace for a number of years and is a Technician Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Brian is experienced in many aspects of risk assessment including: manual handling, COSHH, LOLER, PUWER and method statements.
