Welcome to Dendra Consulting Ltd, consultants in arboriculture and ecology. Trading initially as Barry Anderson, and now as Dendra Consulting Ltd, our practice has been in operation since April 2002.

Based in County Durham, but prepared to undertake projects across the UK, we work with a variety of clients including local authorities, housing associations, small and large developers, architects, landowners, other consultancies and homeowners.
 

We specialise in tree surveys, bat surveys and general ecology reports for planning projects ranging from domestic extensions and loft conversions, to large commercial projects such as housing schemes and school redevelopments. For these and other similar schemes we can provide pre-planning advice, site surveys, mitigation plans and reports. Our work is tailored to your specific project, regardless of size. We also undertake ecology assessments for BREEAM purposes.

We provide mortgage and insurance reports for trees in proximity to dwelling houses, tree health & safety inspections and woodland management plans. In addition we can provide a team of trained climbers to undertake detailed aerial inspections of trees for roosting bats prior to pruning and/or felling.
